The Ford Expedition gets a significant makeover for the 2025 model year. New headlights and taillights add plenty of flair to the exterior while providing outstanding illumination. Instead of a single-door liftgate, the 2025 Expedition gets a two-piece rear door with an upper liftgate and a lower tailgate.
Inside the cabin, the Expedition gains a stunning 24-inch front display, which replaces the traditional gauge display. It's located closer to the center of the dash and higher up than a conventional gauge cluster, making it easier to see while driving without taking your eyes off the road.
Expedition Performance
Under the hood of every new Expedition is a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine. Base versions of the engine generate a robust 400 horsepower and 480 pound-feet of torque. For even more power, opt for the high-output version of the engine with 440 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. Every Expedition comes with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive comes standard, while four-wheel drive is available for customers who want optimal traction on and off the road in Burlington.
